Your property, managed properly
We're here for you
We work with landlords who no longer want the day-to-day that comes with managing one or more properties. Including landlords who:
Have been managing a long-term tenancy and want to switch to a higher-yield short-let model.
Own property in a location well-suited to contractor or corporate stays but lack the infrastructure to market and manage it.
Are thinking about selling but want to see whether handing over management could make keeping the property worth their while.
Book a no obligation call with Sarah to discuss your specific situation.

We'll manage everything
We handle every operational aspect of running the property. The landlord's involvement is limited to receiving their returns.
Guest sourcing
Guest sourcing, vetting, and booking management
Guest support
Check-in, check-out, and in-stay guest support (24/7)
Maintenance
Cleaning, laundry, and property maintenance
Reporting
Updates on occupancy, revenue, or property issues
How does it work?
We discuss your property, its location, and its suitability for the short-let model. If it's a good fit, we agree a management structure and fee, prepare the property to Fortify Stock standard, and begin managing it.
The property remains yours. The workload becomes ours.
Questions landlords ask us
We’re here to help with any questions you might have.
What happens to my property if I hand it to Fortify to manage?
It remains yours. We handle guest sourcing, check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance, and compliance under our own PRS, ICO, and HMRC registrations. You receive regular reporting on occupancy, revenue, and any property issues.
Will my property need work before Fortify takes it on?
Possibly. If it's a good fit, we agree a management structure and fee, then prepare the property to Fortify standard before we begin managing it.
What does it cost to have Fortify manage my property?
Management fees are agreed per property, based on its location, condition, and the arrangement that makes sense for you. We confirm the fee before you commit to anything. There's no obligation at the initial call stage.
Do I need to end a long-term tenancy to switch to this model?
Not necessarily, but the model is built around short-let and serviced accommodation. If your property currently has a long-term tenant in place, we can talk through whether and when a switch makes sense for you.
Who is responsible for compliance once Fortify is managing my property?
We manage guests under our own PRS, ICO, and HMRC registrations. The specifics of how that affects your own responsibilities as the property owner are confirmed in the management agreement before you commit.
